Responsibilities

Build the Finance Infrastructure: Create and scale FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and governance processes for the Connected Products business.
Partner with Business Leadership: Serve as primary finance partner to Connected Water, Connected Security, and Technology leadership.
Drive Execution in a Dynamic Environment: Lead forecasting processes and develop new capabilities amid evolving priorities.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Inspire, coach, and develop finance professionals; drive engagement and growth.
Influence at the Executive Level: Deliver clear financial insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
