Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Director of Finance for Connected Products. The role blends technology rigor with financial governance in a rapidly growing segment. The position is hybrid from Deerfield, IL with some home‑based flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance leadership, with experience in connected products, IoT, software-enabled hardware, or SaaS, and is adept at partnering with engineering, product, and executive teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
Experience supporting connected products, consumer technology, IoT, software-enabled hardware, SaaS, or other tech-driven businesses.
Built financial capabilities, processes, and reporting in high-growth or transformational environments.
Experience balancing entrepreneurial innovation with public company governance and financial discipline.

Responsibilities

Build the Finance Infrastructure with forecasting, reporting, and governance.
Partner with Connected Water, Connected Security, and Technology leadership.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting while building new capabilities.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Deliver clear financial insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
