Job summary

Terracon seeks a senior finance professional to manage the general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury activities. You will collaborate across departments to finalize the annual budget and forecast, analyze financial information, and guide actions for financial success.

The role includes leading year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations, with emphasis on improving reports and identifying efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting required.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and perform activities related to the general ledger and financial reporting.
• Lead annual budget and forecast development with cross-functional input.
• Support operations with detailed financial analyses and guidance.
• Oversee year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with treasury functions including cash flow forecasting.
