Job summary

Terracon seeks a Strategic Finance Leader to direct the FP&A function, translating financial data into strategic recommendations for executive leadership. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics while partnering with operations to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate planning, or related finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or similar advanced credential preferred.
• Hands-on with Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A as strategic partner to executives with forward-looking analyses.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop executive and Board reporting on results and risks.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting framework.
• Support merger and acquisition activities and integration planning.
