Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, or accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum four years of budget/financial analysis experience in a large organization.
• Experience with labor negotiations and budgeting for district operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analyses for budget development and monitoring.
• Forecast revenue and expenditure trends using the district’s financial system and historical data.
• Prepare financial reports and board presentations with clear explanations of variances.
