Responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities for county departments; ensure budgets, strategies, and compliance with legal parameters.
• Advise staff on strategic financial issues and develop budget proposals aligned with county goals.
• Develop financial models for revenue, expenses and fund balance; support long-term fiscal solvency planning.
