Columbia Credit Union in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial strategy, balance sheet performance, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with senior leaders on high-impact decisions. The role will lead the Asset/Liability Management (ALM) program, oversee profitability analysis, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting systems.

You will develop forecasts, deliver performance reporting, and present insights to senior leadership.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
3 years of Budget Creation experience.
3 years of Financial Data Analytics experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.

Mansioni

Help lead and maintain the Asset/Liability Management (ALM) program and financial models.
Manage profitability analysis, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting systems.
Develop financial forecasts, trend analyses, and performance reporting.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Support mortgage lock desk operations, derivative accounting, and investment reporting.
Conduct variance analysis, financial research, and special projects.
Partner with BI teams to improve data quality, reporting, and profitability metrics.
