Job summary

Blue Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to develop and maintain ALM models and conduct comprehensive financial analyses. You’ll assess interest rate, liquidity, credit, and concentration risks while forecasting budgets and advising senior management.

You will supervise staff, oversee major projects, and present findings to ALCO and executives, driving strategic financial decisions. Strong Excel and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Office Excel skills and ALM analysis knowledge.
• Working knowledge of investments and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ALM models and databases for analysis and budgeting.
• Analyze profitability of products and branches using FTP and KPIs.
• Model NEV and dynamic NII forecasts; conduct stress tests.
• Perform investment transactions and evaluate portfolio performance.
