Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Finance Manager in Brea, California to serve as a trusted financial advisor to Global IT leadership. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance reporting while supporting strategic initiatives across the Global IT organization, on-site.

• Progressive finance experience in planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with executives.
• Experience with DBS/IT financial processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive financial transparency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting for Global IT.
• Support DBS-driven planning improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to deployment of AI-enabled finance solutions and analytics.
