The Python Software Foundation (PSF) is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant (20-35 hours a week), reporting to the PSF Controller and supporting the Accounting Team.The PSF’s Accounting Team is the back-office backbone of our organization and supports our non-profit mission. The Accounting Team supports all aspects of the PSF, from the annual PyCon US conference, to giving out Python grants for events and projects around the world, to supporting our volunteer-run fiscal sponsorees. We also support the rest of the PSF staff in their day-to-day projects and goals including fundraising, infrastructure, communications, etc.
The Senior Financial Analyst is a salaried, part-time employee at 20-35 hours per week and is open to USA remote applicants only. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance (full premium paid by the PSF), dental and vision insurance (partially paid by the PSF), FSA, and generous paid holidays/time off. The salary range is $31.25 per hour to $39.50 per hour USD based on qualifications and experience.This position will report to the Controller and will work directly with the Senior Accountant. Recurring availability with US Central time zones will be necessary for check-ins and collaboration with PSF Accounting Team and other PSF Staff.
