Job summary

Lean Six Search | Supply Chain Recruitment is seeking a Finance Senior Analyst with manufacturing focus in a global food ingredients company. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to drive performance, challenge assumptions and transform data into actionable insight.

You will influence plant leadership by improving cost visibility, inventory accuracy and decision quality, while partnering with operations to steer continuous improvement across the manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive finance or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Manufacturing finance / cost accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with inventory and KPI reporting.
• BI experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, consumer products or similar complex environment valued.
• CPA or CMA would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost visibility and analysis to plant leadership.

Finance Senior Analyst | Manufacturing Finance

We’re supporting a confidential search for a Finance Senior Analystwith a global food ingredients manufacturer that sees Finance as a true driver of operational performance.

This is not a traditional financial analyst role.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, working closely with plant leadership to understand what drives performance, challenge assumptions and turn manufacturing data into actionable business insight.

Who are we looking for?

You may be a Financial Analyst ready to gain deeper manufacturing exposure, or a plant/cost accounting professional looking to broaden your impact beyond traditional accounting.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
