Job summary

Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our transactional support team. You will deliver expert financial analysis, develop cash flow models, and support proposals and brokerage services.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of real estate or capital markets experience, advanced Excel skills with Argus modelling, and strong research and analytical abilities to drive accurate decisions under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
• 2-5 years' experience in real estate and/or capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
• Strong research skills and attention to details.
• Commercial real estate experience is required
• Action oriented and has ability to handle multiple deadlines and work with minimal direction and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Optimize client’s real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.
• Provide analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions.
• Assist in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda.
• Provide support in client presentations, responses to RFPs and new business pitches.
• Deliver results to high accuracy in financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. In this role, you will…

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area / Location Specific: Woodbridge, NJ. Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: $100,000 - $130,000

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
