This is an onsite role based out of our Rosemont, IL office.
You are a highly skilled financial professional who thrives on being involved in every stage of a deal—from initial analysis through final execution. You excel at delivering expert financial modeling and analytical insights that support a high‑volume, industry‑leading team. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working closely with brokers, marketing, and project administrators to drive strong outcomes and maintain a seamless workflow.
This role’s compensation range is approximately $90,000 to $114,000. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Benefits include employer-subsidized medical benefits (RX, dental, vision) and employer-paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term/long-term disability. Employees may enroll in the company’s 401k plan with employer match. Paid time off includes 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15 days of vacation annually, with certain senior-level roles eligible for unlimited time off. Other benefits include 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days, and paid parental leave (12 weeks for birth parents, 4 weeks for non-birth parents) after 90 days of employment.
