Job summary

Colliers in Minneapolis seeks a Real Estate Finance Analyst to optimize acquisition and disposition strategies, build cash flow models, conduct lease analysis, and support client presentations.

Candidates should have a Finance/Real Estate degree and 2-4 years in real estate or capital markets, advanced Excel, and Argus experience; the role offers a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.

• Argus modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.
• Provide exceptional service to our clients by creating analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence lease/ purchase decisions.
• Have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP's and new business pitches.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area / Location Specific: Minneapolis, MN Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: $70,000 - $84,226

Benefits

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
