What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred)
• 2–3+ years of experience in FP&A, acquisitions, or related finance roles
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Real estate development experience is a plus but not required
• Self-starter with a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and acquisition analysis
• Support the full underwriting and due diligence process on new deals
• Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for potential acquisitions
• Work with senior leaders on pricing, deal structure, and LOIs
• Maintain project business plans and perform quarterly variance analysis
• Create investment presentations and support strategic finance initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development and project teams
