Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end closing, ensuring accurate financial statements, investigating variances, monitoring compliance with accounting principles, and reconciling expenses and accruals.
• Analyze monthly and year‑to‑date financial and operational performance; prepare detailed month‑end, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, investor materials, and executive‑level presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify revenue, margin, and cost drivers; develop insights, leading indicators, and dashboards to improve business visibility.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning for revenue and operating expenses; build bottom‑up financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support planning and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting workflows; develop SAP programs for expense tracking and profitability reporting; automate tasks using SQL and Tableau to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to improve cost visibility, support planning cycles, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable recommendations for cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst or related position.
• Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven problem solving.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with large‑scale data analysis and financial systems; SAP familiarity preferred.
• Cross‑functional financial support experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Merchandising.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $90,272 (US).
• Eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives, and other variable compensation.
• Salaries determined by role, level, and location.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
