The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, with 2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial/accounting controls.
• Perform closing procedures including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate on forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor general ledger integrity and systems.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and Sarbanes‑Oxley.
• Provide backup and rotate responsibilities.
• Analyze large data sets and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Utilize forecasting, reporting, and GL software.
• Communicate financial statements and month-end closing data.
• Proactively improve processes and business solutions.
• Work additional hours during certain month-end periods.

• Collaborate and assist with the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor the integrity of systems and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and various commission reporting.
• Provide backup and rotation of responsibilities.
• Analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Utilize various forecasting, reporting, and general ledger software.
• Provide communication related to financial statements, data requests, and month‑end closing processes.
• Proactively improve processes and business solutions.
• Work additional hours during certain times of the month.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business‑related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
