Atticus is a demand-driven manufacturer seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO and Sr Director Finance to summarize company performance and drive budgeting processes. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, data analysis skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in accounting/FP&A, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

This role will work closely with the CFO and Sr Director Finance to prepare presentations highlighting company performance for Atticus. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the financial and non-financial metrics of Atticus that underscore Company performance. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing analysis, and taking a significant role in the annual budgeting process, including current year monthly projections. This role will also be responsible for coordinating and organizing the Annual 5-Year Plan. In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong general finance and accounting background, preferably with public consulting or accounting experience. This role requires the ability to understand data, trends, and financials and present ideas in a simple yet creative and thoughtful approach. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
