Job summary

Atticus is a demand-driven manufacturer seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO and Sr Director Finance to summarize company performance and drive budgeting processes. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, data analysis skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in accounting/FP&A, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in Accounting, FP&A, or related fields.
• CPA license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO to prepare monthly financial presentations and analyze performance drivers.
• Develop clear PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate financial data into a cohesive narrative explaining performance and trends.
• Support the annual budgeting process and build financial models.
• Coordinate cross-functional budget inputs and ensure proper documentation.
