Job summary

EKU Careers is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Assistance on the Richmond campus. The role manages ISIR loading, disbursement, reconciliation reporting, and daily financial aid operations, with involvement in system automation development.

Responsibilities include running reports with Banner, Argos, and SQL; coordinating with the Slate team on communications logic; and supporting the Systems Team to automate processes. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in financial aid administration are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports daily financial aid systems processes and workflows (ISIR, loan file processing, packaging, disbursement) using Banner, Argos, SQL.
• Runs monthly/biweekly processes (exit counseling, loan reconciliation, aid adjustments) and tests Banner updates.
• Prepares accurate reports for the Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems and suggests process improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
