The State of South Carolina is seeking a Financial Aid Systems Administrator to oversee the technical administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, testing and support of enterprise applications supporting Financial Aid operations. Primary focus includes Ellucian Banner Financial Aid and related systems, interfaces, reporting, document management, automation and data integrations.

You will work closely with IT and Financial Aid staff to translate business and regulatory requirements

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science (IT), mathematics, statistics, MIS or a related field.
• Experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Information Technology and Financial Aid to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Ensure systems are secure, available, configured and integrated with the College's enterprise technology environment.

The Financial Aid Systems Administrator is responsible for the technical administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, testing, and support of enterprise applications and technologies supporting the College's Financial Aid operations. Primary responsibility includes Ellucian Banner Financial Aid and related systems, interfaces, reporting, document management, automation, and data integrations. The position serves as the primary technical liaison between Information Technology and Financial Aid, working closely with Financial Aid functional staff to translate business and regulatory requirements into reliable technical solutions. The position ensures assigned systems are secure, available, appropriately configured, and effectively integrated with the College's enterprise technology environment.

A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science (information technology), mathematics, statistics; management information science or a related field and experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Experience supporting Ellucian Banner or another student information system is preferred. Experience supporting financial aid systems or other higher education administrative systems is preferred.
