Qualifications

• 5+ years as Director of Financial Aid and Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner/Colleague, PowerFAIDS, PeopleSoft, Workday, Jenzabar or JFA.
• Willingness to travel for assignments, remote work options available.
• Strong data analysis, testing, workflow, reporting, data integration and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Consult on Financial Aid systems, processes and integration projects.
• Support internal training or external client engagements.
• Communicate needs, changes and timelines to clients and project teams.
• Document changes, testing outcomes and resolutions for audits.
