GDS Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Advisor Talent to own advisor recruiting end-to-end, partnering with HR on compensation and offers. You’ll build a robust pipeline of qualified financial advisors and planners, assess for client-facing abilities, and drive rapid, high-quality hires.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, structured interviewing, and market-facing activities to staff both advisor and non-advisor roles across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, ideally placing financial advisors, planners, or other licensed/client-facing professionals in wealth management, RIA, insurance, or financial services
• Proven track record of hitting recruiting/sales targets and being held accountable to them
• Strong understanding of the advisor role and compensation models

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Financial Advisor roles from outreach to offer and onboarding handoff
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified advisors and planners, including passive candidates
• Assess candidates for client-facing ability, business development potential, and alignment with firm values
• Verify registration status and U4/U5 history per clean-record requirements
• Present growth opportunities and partner with HR on compensation and offers
• Develop market presence through CFP networks and industry events
