Palladium: Make It Possible in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Accounting to support the Americas region with general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll accounting, and audit support. The role partners with project teams and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Formación

• Proven leadership and ability to pivot between system, process and technical detail.
• Experience with US GAAP; IFRS and government accounting regs (CAS/FAR) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business administration.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and QuickBooks.

Responsabilidades

• Support general ledger activities and financial accounting operations across the Americas Region.
• Assist with monthly close, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support payroll reconciliations and salary/wages processes.
• Assist with project teams on system setup (QuickBooks) and maintenance.
• Provide backup for accounts payable processing.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
