Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant finance and administration experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and government contracting is preferred.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with project milestones.
• Maintain financial compliance with Palladium policies.
• Update milestone forecasts in Cobra and Costpoint.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership.
• Support audits and internal controls.
• Assist with invoicing, accruals, and cost reporting.
