Job summary

Palladium: Make It Possible in Arlington, VA is seeking an Associate, Project Delivery to support AFGHS, a government-led project focused on health systems strengthening and digital platforms.

The role is based in Palladium’s Arlington office with a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two from home). The candidate will assist with project management, financial oversight, and HR processes to ensure contractual compliance and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in project delivery or coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Track milestone progress and validation.
• Review procurements, budgets, and reports for compliance.
• Support development of project budgets and financial reporting.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of project staff.
• Coordinate with HQ and field offices and maintain calendars.
• Ensure timely completion of deadlines.
