Palladium is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Accounting, to support the Americas Region in general ledger management, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll accounting, audits, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with project teams and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days from home in Arlington, VA. The position requires US work authorization and offers a base salary range of $76,000 to $80,000 per

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Experience with US GAAP; IFRS and government accounting regs (CAS, FAR) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support general ledger activities and financial accounting operations for the Americas Region.
• Assist monthly close activities and audit support.
• Prepare monthly cash reconciliations and related journal entries.
• Record and maintain cash receipts and company credit card reconciliations.
• Post recurring and non-recurring journal entries per policy and standards.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and explain variances.
• Assist with payroll-related reconciliations and salary processes.
• Provide backup for accounts payable payments and related tasks.
• Support entity trial balances and coordination with audits and external providers.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
