Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business required.
• 3–5 years of auditor experience in a public accounting firm.
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure.
• Strong technical writing and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven track record of excellence in mentoring a team.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.
• Driver's license recommended for travel to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy and manage risk.
• Ensure the Engagement team understands clients' needs, ambitions and expectations.
• Build relationships across service lines to provide integrated service.
• Manage performance and look for ways to improve processes and outputs.
