Amazon is seeking a Senior ERP Transformation Manager to lead Accounting program execution for a multi-year Finance ERP transformation, driving cross-functional delivery with Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and SAP/implementation partners.

You will translate strategy into executable programs, govern the project, manage risks, and ensure controllership and financial reporting requirements are met through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Qualifications

12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or leading a finance project with multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

Lead Accounting program execution for the Finance ERP transformation, establishing the integrated plan, governance, decision mechanisms, and operating cadence.
Drive design, configuration, data, integrations, controls, testing, deployment, and business readiness with dependencies and risks.
Translate controllership and financial reporting requirements into program deliverables and priorities.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and implementation partners.
Drive Accounting readiness for milestones including design approvals, testing, controls, cutover, and go-live.
Own senior leadership reporting and executive narratives with progress, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
Mentor program managers and establish scalable mechanisms for transparency and delivery excellence.
