Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, audit, financial reporting, or finance transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and improve a scalable internal controls framework across accounting and finance processes.
• Partner with process owners to identify control gaps, evaluate risks, and implement remediation plans.
• Support SOX readiness, compliance programs, and internal audit activities.
• Develop control documentation, narratives, risk assessments, and testing methodologies.
• Establish governance around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor evolving accounting standards and assess organizational impact.
• Design controls around AI-generated outputs, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner to develop enterprise AI control environment.
