The role requires deep technical and operational accounting experience, strong project management, and a proven track record in SOX, multi‑entity / multi‑currency

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory background.
• Experience in global transformation projects and SOX environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end ERP and financial systems transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with CAO, IT, and external vendors across regions.
• Design future-state workflows for record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and intercompany.
• Drive data readiness, controls enhancement, and change management initiatives.
