Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to join our hybrid or remote team in the United States. This role focuses on end-to-end finance transformation, from current-state assessments to post-implementation support, with focus on financial close and procure-to-pay processes.

You will own workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver client-ready recommendations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consulting, finance, or risk, with PM/change management experience and strong MS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, or risk skills to solve business problems.
• Experience in financial close, procure-to-pay, or analytics.
• PM and change management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams and deliverables by planning, coordinating stakeholders, and documenting findings.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, and controls to identify root causes and improvements.
• Build trusted client relationships and proactively communicate progress and risks.
• Become a subject matter expert in financial close, procure-to-pay, or advisory.
• Share knowledge and develop reusable tools to support internal initiatives.
• Review analysts' work and provide actionable feedback.
