Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Architect for the Power & Utilities sector in the U.S. The role focuses on delivering innovative finance operating models and end-to-end transformation programs to improve governance and performance.

You will work with senior leadership, shape strategy, and lead complex projects across FP&A, close, and reporting, with substantial travel to client sites in the Bay Area and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 2–4 years relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications like SAP, Oracle, Power Plan.
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design Finance operating models and drive process improvements.
• Lead shared services design and implementation for global delivery.
• Provide FP&A, financial close, consolidation and reporting expertise.
• Advise on outsourcing and finance transformation roadmaps.
• Engage clients regularly and manage project timelines with senior leaders.
