Job summary

Sompo International seeks a Senior Finance Business Analyst to drive Finance transformation by improving processes and enabling technology. You will partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen our operating model.

Based in NYC or Morristown, NJ, this role demands 3–7 years in business analysis and a track record of translating requirements into practical, cross-functional initiatives, with SAP and Power BI experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, finance transformation, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and process improvement from requirements to implementation.
• Design end-to-end solutions with Finance, IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Promote global process standardization and leading practices.
• Identify risks with project managers and support mitigation plans.
• Support technology-enabled process automation, including testing and training.
