Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Finance in Plano, TX (Remote) for a 12-month contract. This role partners with Finance leadership, FP&A, Accounting, Investments, and Private Credit teams to analyze processes, drive transformation, and deliver solutions that boost efficiency and performance.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise Finance, strong business analysis and consulting skills, and a solid understanding of Private Credit,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Program Management, or Business Transformation experience.
• Experience supporting Finance organizations, FP&A, or enterprise financial initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Private Credit, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or financial products.
• Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and influencing business decisions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership to support strategic and transformational initiatives.
• Analyze cross-functional business processes across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Investments, and Private Credit.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business process workshops.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and process documentation.
• Translate business objectives into functional requirements and actionable work plans.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Investments, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams.
• Support project planning, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting.
• Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Support organizational change management and business readiness activities.
