Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Finance Technology focusing on Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report. Remote - United States.

You will own the roadmap and delivery for procurement, accounts payable, GL, close, consolidation and financial reporting across Zip, Coupa, Ramp, NetSuite and Workiva. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement and Engineering to translate complex needs into scalable, secure finance solutions, leading initiatives from concept to launch and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related finance tech roles.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes including onboarding, purchasing and invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of R2R including general ledger, close and reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP and procurement platforms like Zip or Coupa.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile initiatives from discovery to adoption.
• Strong prioritization, analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience supporting SOX and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for P2P and R2R capabilities.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and others to map processes.
• Translate business needs into requirements, data flows, and user stories.
• Lead discovery, design, prioritization and delivery across platforms and integrations.
• Drive improvements in purchasing, invoicing, GL, close, consolidation and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through testing and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, admins, and vendors on secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop test plans and ensure releases meet requirements and controls.
• Use metrics to measure adoption, cycle time, quality and impact.
• Manage production issues and enhancements on the roadmap.
• Support SOX controls and audit readiness through documentation and walkthroughs.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
