• 5+ years of product or program management experience in financial/procurement tech
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery

Responsibilities

• Own the P2P product vision and roadmap across all procurement platforms
• Develop 12+ month strategic plans for P2P tech ecosystem
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and backlog
• Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities
• Lead build-out of P2P capabilities (requisitions, POs, approvals, receiving, invoicing, payment)
• Oversee Coupa configuration and supplier portal management
• Drive integration design between P2P platforms and ERP/fin Systems
• Manage implementation, hypercare, and user adoption for P2P changes
• Provide incident response for P2P outages and issues
• Ensure P2P processes meet internal controls and audit requirements
• Design reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and spend analytics
• Maintain system documentation and drive continuous improvement
