Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead Procure-to-Pay initiatives within the IT Business Applications team. You will own end-to-end P2P processes across Coupa and NetSuite, drive optimization, and partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, and Vendor Management to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience across full software lifecycle.
• 5+ years NetSuite ERP experience including configuration and process design.
• 3+ years Coupa experience in Sourcing - Procurement - Invoicing.
• Proven experience delivering Procure-to-Pay in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of AP, three-way matching, and vendor payments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle across Coupa and NetSuite, including roadmap, enhancements, and improvements.
• Define, document, and optimize P2P processes for Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Lead integration efforts between Coupa, NetSuite, and banking systems.
• Deliver ERP projects with offshore delivery teams and collaborate with IT on sprint cycles.
• Provide end-user training and enablement for Coupa/NetSuite P2P capabilities.
• Maintain a minimum four-quarter rolling roadmap of business capabilities.
