Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Finance SaaS portfolio, coaching a team of PMs across P2P, R2R, QTC, payroll, and equity while personally owning applications.

You will drive AI-enabled finance transformations, set multi-quarter roadmaps, and manage vendor relationships, aligning with ERP/CPM systems and corporate strategy. You will partner with Finance leadership and Enterprise Architecture to ensure scalable, compliant processes and measurable business outcomes,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation.
• 2+ years directly managing people.
• Ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains (ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll).
• Track record of building and running a product/intake operating model: roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, release and change management.
• Strong vendor management chops: selection, renewals, SLAs, and influencing vendor roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Define and own end-to-end product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Reddit's Finance SaaS portfolio.
• Lead and coach a team of SaaS product managers across multiple Finance domains.
• Translate Finance priorities into a sequenced, defensible roadmap and drive adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and total cost of ownership across the stack.
• Partner with Enterprise Architect and Engineering to land integrations and data quality enhancements.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows to improve close automation, anomaly detection, and efficiency.
• Establish a transparent demand pipeline for Finance stakeholders to view planned work.
• Provide executive-level guidance on roadmap trade-offs, risk, and impact.
