Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own and modernize our financial platforms, starting with NetSuite and FloQast. You will automate recurring finance tasks, define data rules, and partner with engineering on cross-system integrations.

This high-ownership role directly supports Finance and Accounting and shapes scalable finance operations as the company grows. You will work remotely across the US, UK, or Ireland, collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes with

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system with NetSuite admin responsibilities.
• Experience configuring general ledger, revenue management, accounts, and multi-location structures.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer NetSuite today, with FloQast coming online, including configuration and day-to-day health.
• Identify and automate manual finance operations (month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, procure-to-pay).
• Define business rules and canonical definitions for finance data across systems.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central platform in collaboration with engineering.
• Own vendor onboarding, configuration, and admin for finance systems.
• Leverage AI tooling to draft automations and speed up routine tasks.
