Job summary

RGP seeks an experienced Senior Finance Systems & Consolidation Manager to lead financial consolidation, ERP optimization, and systems improvements in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This role will bridge Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate reporting and streamlined consolidation activities.

You will drive system implementations, upgrades, and data governance, while supporting budgeting and management reporting through robust analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems, or Consolidations.
• Strong experience with financial consolidations and external/internal financial reporting.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes.
• Manage and enhance financial systems, consolidation tools, and ERP platforms.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and IT to optimize processes and system functionality.
• Drive system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support development and maintenance of financial reporting structures, master data governance, and COA.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization across finance functions.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting through system enhancements.
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics to improve decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end users on financial systems.
