Axos Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Accounting & Finance priorities and drive project support, testing, reporting, and process improvements across banking, lending, and financial data platforms.

The role partners with stakeholders, technology teams, and operations, leveraging AI-enabled tooling to enhance documentation, analysis, testing, and reporting in a modern financial services environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial systems, banking operations, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience facilitating Agile delivery, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog management, and user stories/PBIs.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms, including GA workflows, reconciliations, reporting, and operations.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and reporting/analytics tools to manage requirements, defects, enhancements, and production support.
• Familiarity with SDLC, governance, SOX controls, audit requirements, and governance-driven development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, and UAT.
• Support project tracking, sprint management, and delivery activities.
• Create and maintain PBIs, spikes, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Translate ServiceNow requests into actionable requirements.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs.
