Axos Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Accounting & Finance priorities, with emphasis on Jack Henry Silverlak (JHA) platforms, data reporting, and finance system initiatives.

The role coordinates requirements, testing, governance, and process improvements across banking operations, treasury, and data platforms, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance documentation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial systems or banking.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms and related processes.
• Proven Agile delivery experience: requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC, SOX controls, governance-driven development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, and UAT.
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps PBIs and work items.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and reporting.
• Maintain governance and documentation artifacts.
