Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting financial systems, banking operations, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms, including accounting & finance processes, general ledger, deposits, loans, interfaces, reconciliations, reporting, and workflows.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery, including requirements gathering, process analysis, sprint planning, backlog management, and creation of PBIs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Support Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, and UAT.
• Support project tracking, sprint management, and delivery activities.
• Create and maintain PBIs, spikes, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Convert ServiceNow requests into actionable requirements.
• Monitor backlog health and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Manage change requests and governance compliance.
