Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial systems or banking operations.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms and related processes.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog management, and user stories.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and reporting/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Coordinate testing, defects management, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage project tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and test cases.
• Support reporting, data analysis, governance, and cross‑team coordination.
