Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Finance Senior Supervisor to manage a DOD/FMS LTC portfolio, overseeing EACs and contract negotiations. You will work with Control Account Managers, PM, and leadership to improve forecasts and financial planning.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM, BW/AO) or similar systems.
• DoD industry experience is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly development and oversight of EACs.
• Interface with Control Account Managers and Program Management.
• Analyze program performance and assist with baseline for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support review and forecast of bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan inputs.
• Lead process improvements for finance team.
