Raytheon is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (M5) for the CUAS (LADS) team in a hybrid setup, located near Andover, MA, with relocation not provided. You will lead international and strategy portfolios, manage program controls, EACs, and annual plans, and guide a growing team of finance professionals.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The role requires a senior finance background (P&L ownership, FP&A) and the ability to interact with senior management across time zones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 12+ years experience; advanced degree optional.
• P&L ownership or financial planning experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience automating data using MS Office products and presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead program control finance, accounting, and FP&A to meet reporting requirements like EACs and monthly forecasts.
• Provide financial direction to CUAS leadership and the team, including forecasts and risk reviews.
• Consolidate financial projections, document changes, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Partner across enterprise functions to integrate financial impacts and strategic plans.
• Present to management; support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
• Ensure high-visibility interactions with senior finance managers and directors.
• Communicate clearly across multiple organizational layers, written and verbal.
