Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Finance Senior Manager for the Product Support SSBU in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS). The role leads a finance team across RTX and external customers, managing a $300M portfolio and delivering sustainment solutions.

The position is offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with relocation not provided, and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and program offices to drive performance and planning.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 10 years of Finance/Accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree and 8 years of experience.
Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Experience with program execution tools such as APEX, PRISM, EDIT+ or equivalents.
Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial systems.

Responsibilities

Lead a finance team of 20+ professionals with focus on talent development.
Drive financial performance, program controls, EAC development, and forecasting.
Manage risk and opportunities, annual and long-range planning.
Collaborate with prime program offices and cross-functional C3S2 team.
