You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and risk, and partner with global delivery groups to ensure timely, measurable outcomes for Technology clients. The role requires executive presence and proven delivery leadership across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering consulting engagements focused on service transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in customer/experience strategies for Technology clients.
• 6+ years in technology strategy and delivery with SaaS/cloud platforms.
• 1+ years of using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that define service strategies across digital self-service, contact center, and field service.
• Partner with client leaders to define and deliver AI-enabled service strategies.
• Advise clients on strategies to improve user adoption, retention, and lifetime value.
• Translate challenges into structured service strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Align strategic intent with technology modernization priorities and data strategy.
• Oversee scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated service transformation.
• Manage global delivery teams to ensure quality and knowledge transfer.
