Navitas Credit Corp. is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist-Sales to originate, develop, and manage financing opportunities within assigned regions, prioritizing vendor and referral-source relationships in a remote, phone-based sales environment.

The role reports to the VP or SVP of Sales and focuses on driving funded volume through proactive relationship management, business development, and transaction structuring while delivering exceptional service to vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong knowledge in equipment finance pricing and documentation.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Experience in remote, phone-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound lead and follow up calls to potential and existing dealers/end users.
• Handle inbound sales lead calls.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships.
• Overcome objections and close financing opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and pricing for transactions.
• Enter credit applications and review decisions per policy.
• Create and deliver finance documents.
• Train dealers on Navitas web technologies.
